For the last 10 years, Myrto has coached Business owners, senior executives, managers and Startup teams to discover their vision, achieve their business goals and enhance personal and team performance.

As a Board Certified NLP trainer, from the co-creator of NLP Dr.John Grinder in 2009, she is the only trainer in Greece certified to teach New Code NLP. She also has a long-standing collaboration with several training companies as a guest trainer/external examiner, teaching and assessing Practitioner and Master Practitioner NLP trainings in Greece, the UK, the Netherlands and Portugal.

Myrto is a founding member of EMCC Greece / Hellenic Coaching Association and has been elected to its Board since 2012, where she currently serves as VP Standards & Ethics.

She previously held the position of Director and Editor in Chief of Efoplistis Magazine responsible for editorial policy, current affairs and financial sections.

She also holds a phD in Cell Biology from UCL (UK) and has conducted postdoctoral research in Neurobiology at the Skirball Institute of New York University Medical Center. This allows her to combine her passion in developing human potential and excellence together with understanding how the human mind works.
